The customer sits in the room
Every feature gets argued from the user's side of the desk, not the backlog's.
About
GlebeTech exists because too much software gets built that nobody wanted, late, by people the customer never meets. We work the other way round: small senior team, close to your users, shipping something real early enough that you can still change your mind.
Two decades of building and running systems in industry sits behind every recommendation — which also means we know when the answer is "you don't need to build that". AI belongs in that same category: brilliant when it removes real effort, noise when it's bolted on for the pitch.
Every feature gets argued from the user's side of the desk, not the backlog's.
You'll see something clickable in the first fortnight. Opinions get cheaper after that.
We instrument early so the next decision has evidence attached to it.
If we can't explain the trade-off without jargon, we don't understand it well enough yet.
Two-week increments mean a change of direction costs days, not quarters.
Sometimes the honest answer costs us the work. We give it anyway.
Where we've worked
Different rules, same instinct: understand the operation before touching the technology.
Half an hour, straight talk, no obligation.
